The migration of plants and animals, their spread is a natural phenomenon that has always existed. These days, this process is accelerated and living creatures in almost no time can come from one continent to another. Many species arrive, but most of them will disappear without a trace, while some of them will start fast reproduction.

The non-native animals are hiding in the canopy, in the soil, or in the water up to decades without being noticed. In contrast with them, representatives of the flora conquer before our eyes.

Mass-propagated plants appear mainly in disturbed areas such as abandoned fields, ditches, coast, on the sites of clear cut areas. From here they flock to the surrounding natural grasslands, forests and groves. Some of them got here accidentally, while others deliberately.

Invasive species occupy the habitat, demand food and carry diseases. The native wildlife is facing major challenges.
